Important Announcement Regarding Scottsdale Construction Systems

Newly appointed Executive Chairman of the Scottsdale group Peter Brennan announced today that the founders & former owners have regained a substantial share and control of Scottsdale from the Panceltica group who purchased Scottsdale some 30 months ago. Brennan says Scottsdale will immediately return to its focus on growth through offering leading edge products developed in line with the light gauge steel construction industry’s constantly changing requirements - which are readily identified with Scottsdale’s business model that relies upon constant, ongoing Customer contact. Scottsdale will also reestablish & strengthen its relationship with its strategic partners like Nucon, USA. This differs from the recent past as Panceltica acquired Scottsdale to service its own construction business that is no longer operating. New Scottsdale product offerings are expected to be released over the next few months.
